The primary purpose of this event is to connect business people
We believe that helping business people to connect & collaborate helps drive their business forwards.
Discover opportunities for business
Make new contacts
Build business relationships
How do we help people to connect?
We bring hundreds of business people together, from many business sectors, in a networking friendly atmosphere that actively encourages delegates to network with each other.
Provide badges displaying business sector which helps delegates connect with specific business types.
Provide Open and Sector Specific organised networking events during the day.
The secondary purposes of the event, which drive attendance and participation and so helps the connecting, are to provide expert business seminars to inspire and develop business people, and to have business support agencies available to help with guidance to the support available in the region.
It hosts one of the largest programs of expert business seminars in a one-day event in the region, so providing massive added value to delegates.
Exhibitor stands provide an opportunity for businesses to raise their profile in the regional business community, giving delegates useful face to face contact, and this funds the event. A maximum of 2 exhibiting businesses per category ensures diversity and makes a better experience for delegates.
Get Connected Bristol is a one-day event, open to all delegates from 10am to 3pm (with a pre-opening networking event from 9am, and a post-event reception from 3pm to 4pm).
Delegates can meet exhibitors and network with each other throughout the event. Expert business seminars, all free to attend, run throughout the day.
Organised networking events, some general mixer events and others sector-specific are hosted throughout the day
The event helps to make connections and build relationships across all sectors of the regional business community.
The friendly collaborative atmosphere encourages networking.
Delegates are given lanyard badges showing their business category to facilitate networking.
